[ストーリー]
工藤新一は、高校生探偵として数々の難事件を解決し、
高校生ながら名探偵として活躍中
ある日、幼なじみの蘭と遊びに行った遊園地で起きた事件を解決
するが、帰り道で怪しい取引現場を目撃。
取引の証拠を押さえようとした新一は、後ろにいた取引相手の
仲間に殴り倒され、毒殺されそうになる。
なんとか死を逃れた新一であったが、気がつくと毒の影響
で体が幼児化し、小学生の体になっていた。
正体が知れ渡れば周りに危害が及ぶと、正体を隠し
江戸川コナンとして小学生として暮らすことになる。
周りに起こる難事件を、正体を知る1人である阿笠博士の
発明品を使用して解決しながら、元の身体に戻るため、自分を
